Dexis is proud introducing Tamara Babiuk, our new Director of Dexis’ Mission &lifier Institutional Support (MIS) Division. Tamara will oversee all Dexis projects inside the MIS portfolio, including institutional support to USAID’s Global Development Lab, Asia Bureau, Bureau for Policy, Planning and Learning, USAID Tanzania, the united states Navy yet others in addition to technical work with USAID within the regions of democracy, human privileges and governance and publish-conflict transition and stabilization.
Tamara involves us from nearly 2 decades of worldwide development experience controlling projects throughout Europe and Eurasia and leading communications functions and understanding management across multiple regions such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Tamara can also be accountable for creating a understanding-discussing department at Chemonics Worldwide which fostered understanding-discussing within the company’s technical areas (democracy and governance, economic growth and trade, global health, conflict minimization, M&E, atmosphere, education, and mix-cutting areas for example institutional development, ICT, and public-private close ties). Tamara spent many years using the Worldwide Organization for Migration (IOM) and just before that, with USAID in Ukraine. It's precisely this kind of mix-cutting background which makes Tamara this kind of excellent fit for that broad-based MIS division at Dexis.
